    Gorgeous pictures and great Valentine's Day ideas! The molten lava cake/chocolate fondant is too tempting. I will definitely try it.

    hi,
    I live in UAE. i couldn't find cream cheese here only cheese spread.
    Can i sub that for cream cheese. pl help

    I'd love to make that molten Chocolate cake For V-Day but don't have ramekins to bake them in… I want them to look pretty. 🙂

      if you have a cupcake or muffin tray, use that. you need a small container basically, not necessarily a ramekin 🙂
