I am not too big on taking diets but occasionally I feel like I have put on weight or that my stomach is flabbier or one of those crazy things that girls feel all the time and men don’t understand. During those times, here is a drink that has really worked for me.

Disclaimer * – Like my mom says it could be my imagination that I am losing weight when I take this but try it for a month, atleast, first thing in the morning (after brushing your teeth please!) and let me know the result.

You will need:

Warm bordering on hot water – 1.5 cups
Freshly squeezed lime juice – 1 tbsp
Freshly grated ginger – to taste (I add very little)
Honey – again, to taste, but not more than 2 tbsp

Mix well, and drink away.

A friend of mine introduced me to this drink and I was already eating well but he said this is help digestion. Well apparently it works if made correctly. His recipe is a bit different.

Instead of grated lime, slice a few thin rounds.
Instead of lime juice (with its unknown additives) go for fresh lime.
Use a quarter of lime. I like to slice it off the rind and squeeze it before adding in. If you keep it on the rind, be sure to rinse the lime off. Otherwise it will create a bitter taste.
Instead of honey– a teaspoon of sugar to taste.

Watch the weight slip away. Its incredible. I lost about 10 pounds. And all my excersizing is done at work.

Good luck with whichever you choose. 🙂

Hi Naga, I have tried this too, but it never worked for me. My father gave me this recipe!:-) This can be modified for a honey-lime-ginger tea too. Add just a teeny weeny bit of tea powder and pounded ginger (1/4 tsp each-max) to boiling water, when it turns lukewarm add the honey, and squeeze a few drops of lime and gulp or sip!:-) R likes to add ice to it and have it as iced tea!

If you have fallen prey to obesity and would like to trigger off weight loss as soon as possible, then you should opt for diet pills such as Phentermine and Adipex that are extremely popular for inducing rapid weight loss among people across the world. You will find the relevant details of weight loss pills at http://www.weight-loss-truths.com that inform you that Phentermine is to be taken only after procuring a Phentermine prescription and also in accordance with the instructions of the doctor. So, get hold of a Phentermine prescription, administer the drug properly and transform your weight loss dreams into reality.
