Click: Cheese & Tofu

I almost didn't but I had to.

Unlike last month, I didn't burn my brain trying to figure out what I'll click. I was about to let this month pass silently but I got a few nudges from here and there, and ideas actually being mailed to me that I couldn't let it pass.

I thought of a few things to do but ended up doing something entirely different simply because I was too lazy and didn't want to go grocery shopping on Friday evening.

Anyway, here it is. I used this golden fried tofu to make an awesome dish and I will share the recipe very soon.

  1. hi Nags, love the light golden brown of the tofu ..the background is just perfect with the ingredients and the white...I make tofu with tomatoes and spring onions, ginger-garlic paste etc but never added beans..looking forward to your recipe:-)

  3. Thanks Sonu!

Shreya - Glad you like it. I am a little obsessive about that tofu bowl not being a bit to the right. I couldn't crop much cuz that would cut off too much of the onion. I can't look at this pic too long cuz this bugs me :D Hehe.. I have OCD issues on some level.

  8. This is beautiful. And serene. It may sound odd to hear of food being described as serene but that's what I see.

  16. I haven't been around in a while but I had to say this picture is beautiful. I agree with Sra, it has a calm feel to it.

I actually didn't send in anything to CLICK. Decided to take it easy. Actually didn't have too much time to spare and I seem to have reached a dead end where ideas/ creativity for food photography are concerned!!
