Anonymous said...: I just don't understand. Most of the recipes listed under gravy items are actually dry. Shouldn't this be under dry section. I am looking for unique gravy dishes. Something that I haven't tried. In my house, tamil-mallu combination is there so I constantly try to make some new, change or tweak some existing recipes. Would like to see actual south indian flavored vegeterian gravy recipes under this section.

You mentioned "south indian flavored vegeterian gravy recipes" is what you are looking for and that's exactly what you have in this section. If you are looking for kozhambu type of recipes, that's another section which you can find in the recipe index.
